Authentication

Activating Your Account

  1. Once you receive an email from support@appcatalyst.com, click the Accept Invitation link within the email to open the Accept Invitation page in your browser. Accept Invite Your username is listed in the email and should be used when logging into the portal.
  2. Press the accept invitation button in the center of the screen to accept your invitation. Accept Invite Page
  3. After accepting the invitation, you must set your password. Please enter your password. Once this is complete, you’ll get confirmation that your password has been set. Set password The password must be at least 6 characters long and must contain at least one uppercase letter, a number and a special character (such as !,#,$,%,^,&,*).

Logging into the Portal

  1. To log into the Surgery Connect Portal, go to https://surgconn.appcatalyst.com/1/ and click on LOGIN. Portal Login If you did not receive an email, contact your organization's administrator for Surgery Connect.
  2. At the Login Screen, type your Username and Password, then click LOGIN. Enter username and password
  3. Select your Organization. This screen will display a list of organizations that the user has been authorized to access. In most cases, only one organization will be listed. In this scenario, we will select St. Louis Children's Hospital Surgery. Select Organization
  4. Once the Organization has been selected, you will need to select the appropriate setting for the cases you will be working on. Select Setting
  5. Then you are ready to Get Started. Get Started
  6. The upper right-hand corner of the screen will display the setting you are logged in to, along with the organization and your user id. If at anytime during this session, you need to switch to a different setting, click the drop-down arrow to the left of your user id and select the new setting. Select Setting 2

Resetting Your Password

  1. To reset your password, go to https://auth-cms.appcatalyst.com/1/forgot-password. Add your email associated with the account and click the Request Reset button. Request Password Reset
  2. Once you receive an email from support@appcatalyst.com, click the "Reset your password" button within the email to open the Set Password page in your browser. Request Password Reset
  3. Type and Confirm your new password and click the "Set Password" button.   4. A confirmation page will display that your password has been set. Request Password Reset
